Welcome to Luxembourg Travels. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility:
   You must be at least 18 years old
   You must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
2. Application Process:
   To apply for overseas employment, you must submit personal documents including passport, ID, employment history, CV, photographs, and other relevant documents.
   A work permit fee is required: $300 for the work permit (payable in installments) and a $50 service fee.
3. Payment Terms:
   The work permit fee can be paid in installments:
   1st installment: $150
   2nd installment: $100
   Remaining balance: paid prior to embassy appointment
   The service fee is non-refundable.
4. Our Services:
   We provide:
   Assistance in securing job offers
   Preparation of work permits and appointment letters
   Guidance for visa applications
   Support for travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
5. Limitations:
   Luxembourg Travels does not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approval, or work permit issuance.
   All job placements are subject to employer approval and government regulations.
6. Client Responsibilities:
   You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents
   You are responsible for complying with all visa and work permit regulations in the destination country
7. Liability:
   Luxembourg Travels is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by governmental decisions, employer changes, or incorrect documentation submitted by the client.
8. Governing Law:
   These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg and applicable international labor and immigration regulations.
